Located right by Blackfriars’ Kirkyard, the Edinburgh Larder is only a 10-minute walk from where you stay. Just off the Royal Mile, this unique café offers a full Scottish breakfast, amongst other traditional breakfast options. Grab yourself a hot coffee, and start your morning right.

Located in the atmospheric Old Town and hidden away up Advocates Close, The Devil’s Advocate is an excellent bar & restaurant. All of their food menu is changed regularly, boasting Scottish ingredients and seasonal pairings. It’s a fantastic location to grab a bite to eat after a day of exploring the Royal Mile.

Makar’s Mash Bar is a gourmet, award-winning restaurant curated around their signature mash combinations. We recommend trying the Slow Cooked Lamb Shank for a showstopper meal. Plant-based diet? Try out their delicious Roasted Chestnut & Carrot Haggis - guaranteed to impress your taste buds.
